Universal Alarm

The Asurity® UA-1 Universal Alarm is a low-voltage alarm that can indicate possible system trouble. Use with a Wet Switch, CC-1, or any Asurity condensate pumps and float switches on 24VAC control circuits. If an alarm condition occurs, the homeowner can turn the alarm off with a silence button until system service can be performed, however a red LED alarm light remains lit to indicate that a fault condition exists. Features include easy 2 wire connection, label to print contractor information, and low current draw. Actuates at greater than 18V to prevent any false alarms due to low voltage.

Feature 1:
UA-1 derives power from the HVAC control circuit thus doesn't require a separate power source.
Feature 2:
Can be connected across normally closed switches such as those found in condensate pumps and condensate overflow switches found in typical residential HVAC systems.
Feature 3:
The Universal Alarm may be operated on “phantom” current provided by typical HVAC contactor coils. This allows the alarm to be wired in parallel with existing condensate pump shut off circuits not equipped for alarm contacts.
Feature 4:
The alarm is provided with 2 wire nuts, a sheet metal screw, and double-sided tape for convenient installation options.
